  Christmas eve. Our sister bought the wrong case of beer. 8 minutes later, we drove back to exchange, BUT COMPANY POLICY STATES NO EXCHANGES?????????????????
  Every policy has exceptions and this is nuts!!!
  The beer was sealed, in a case off cans. You need to change your company name to "Mean and Difficult"!!!!
  Beyond ridiculous. We will be sure to never purchase ANYTHING and share with pout family and fries. This is absurd!
